The ingredients you will need are:

Pasta – 1 whole packet

Fresh milk – 2 liters

Fresh cream – one cup

Cheese cubes – 6 grated cubes

Red bell pepper – 1 chopped

Yellow bell pepper – 1 chopped

Green bell pepper – 1 chopped

Sweet corn – One cup and boiled.

Onion – 2 large and chopped

Garlic – 1 minced

Fresh mushrooms – 100 grams, boiled and cut into pieces

Oregano – 4 tablespoons

Chili Flakes – According to taste

Salt – According to taste

Virgin / vegetable olive oil – 4 tablespoons

Time to cook –30-40 minutes

Cooking process –

Cut the pasta package and empty the entire contents into a saucepan filled with warm water. Add a little salt and a few drops of oil so that the pastes don’t stick together. When the pasta is tender, drain the water and then add cold water and a few drops of oil and reserve.

Now heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chopped onions and garlic. Keep the flame medium. While frying, add a pinch of salt. When the onions are golden brown, lower the heat and slowly add the milk and stir simultaneously. When the milk is heated, add the grated cheese and then the fresh cream one by one with continuous stirring (it should be noted that sometimes when adding cream to milk, there is a possibility that the milk will be destroyed, so always use fresh cream). Let the milk simmer for a while. When the milk is thick, add the pasta after draining the water. Then add bell peppers, bell pepper, sweet corn, and mushrooms one at a time. Relight the flame to medium and keep stirring the mixture. You can also add a little salt if necessary. When cooked, turn off the flame. Now add the oregano and cold flakes and mix well. And there you have it, the pasta is ready to be served.

Tip: You can also serve garlic bread alongside the pasta if you are preparing it for guests. It is recommended that this preparation be served hot. Non-vegetarians can add boneless boiled chicken chunks here in place of mushroom pasta and enjoy the pasta at home.
