Located inside the Paragon Mall, right in the heart of Orchard Road, this splendid restaurant specializes in Cantonese and Teochew cuisine, with a contemporary twist, and the menu features some unique culinary creations such as Boiled chicken and sea whelk with carambola and grapefruit and Black Truffle Fried Chicken…
Crystal Jade Golden Palace is also one of the only Chinese restaurants in Singapore to have its own wine cellar, with thousands of labels from around the world.
Hai Tien Lo It is one of those restaurants where the location plays as important a role as the food itself. Located on the 37th floor of the Pan Pacific Hotel, it offers magnificent panoramic views of the city centre, Marina Bay and the Singapore River… Food wise, it’s Cantonese cuisine at its best, with a slight modern Western twist. Signature dishes include Grilled foie gras with scallops and crispy suckling pig skin and Baked Cod Fillet with Fermented Tofu and Asparagusbut you can also opt for their fantastic Dim Sum set menu options.
Royal China at Raffles is the Singaporean branch of a major international Chinese restaurant group headquartered in London. Housed in Singapore’s most elegant hotel, it specializes in what can best be described as contemporary Chinese gourmet, with a strong emphasis on Cantonese cuisine, but a good representation of other regions of China… His favorites include lobster noodles, Crispy duck in pancake, Roast pig and traditional dim sum items.
wah look It is one of the only Chinese restaurants in Singapore that specializes in Hong Kong-influenced Cantonese cuisine. Located inside the Carlton, it serves some of the most delicious Dim Sum dishes you can find in the city-state, along with a wide variety of delicious dishes such as Shark Fin with Crab wrapped in Egg White, Spring roll with fried lotus root, Sautéed squid with onion and pepper and Sea Perch with Crispy Garlic and Roasted Duck.
