Iron Palm, has the secret been revealed?

When I talk to people about Iron Palm, they think it’s just about breaking bricks. They even ask, “Why do you want to learn to break bricks?” Well, it’s not about breaking bricks. It is about cultivating and controlling your Chi, your internal energy.

I look at Chi and where it is stored as money and a bank account, a Chi account, so to speak. Deposits have to be made, savings for our “golden years”. The more you know about growing it and “depositing it into your account,” the more internal energy you’ll have when you need it most.

Once we have an account created, we need to be able to manage our account. We have to be able to move energy where we want, when we want. That is the Mind-Body connection, transmitting energy wherever we order it to go.

This is Iron Palm training, this is what we’re after. Breaking the bricks is strictly a training aid. It is a measurement lemma. It is also a way of losing Chi. You lose Chi from fighting, breaking bricks, and from sex. This is why semen retention is so vital. That is why it is so important to make deposits into your “Chi Account”, and not
withdrawals

This is a problem that occurs with most Iron Palm people.
They stop training because their abilities become greater.

They think they are “heavy handed” and have some good techniques, so they slow down in their learning, in their training, and depend on their hand.

This has been a serious mistake that many skilled martial artists have made. Basics, the basics will always be necessary.

Grandmaster Tung Sheng Chang never trained his hand in Iron Palm. He trained his elbows. When I learned this, I started training my elbows as well. However, I continued with my palm training.

This was the reason why he did not train his hand. She did not want to become dependent on this unique special training. She saw many men die from their dependence on her.

Think about it, the year is 1930, you master this special program, then several years later you start to taper off your training. So you receive a challenge, you accept the challenge. You feel that your skills will help you. But once the fight begins, you see the “rust” that has built up on you. You really want to land that blow. The one that will end it, the one that will take you home tonight.

You can see the rest of the story. GM Chang, saw it too many times. How much knowledge went to the graves with these teachers?

Most of the Iron Palm courses out there begin the student by hitting a bag full of mung beans. They then move towards the bag which is filled with gravel, while using the herbal medicine known as Dit Da Jow.

Said Da Jow, it’s a simple formula we call bruise medicine. This formula will remove bruises, aches and pains, etc.
And, it might be a good formula for hitting beans and gravel, but, for hitting a duffel bag, which is full of iron shot (about the same size as BBs), this bruise medicine won’t work.

One of the herbalists I use for our Iron Palm formula told me that he and some of his students put some of my medicine on their hands, then told me that their hands were tingling. This man is an herbalist and he said that he had never felt this before.

This is the medicine of the Iron Palm. This is what it does. It draws your energy, your Chi, to the part of the body to which it is applied.

There are many different types of formulas, many of which contain between 9 and 16 different herbs. I have seen a couple of formulas that contain up to 30 herbs. The formula that was passed on to me contains 39 different herbs! It is by far the best I have used. Not by any stretch of anyone’s imagination, Da Jow said. It is an iron palm medicine.
