Why should a true leader base his decisions on all the FACTS?

If one hopes to become a real and significant leader, one must be ready, willing, able, and open-minded enough to avoid snap judgments and muster all the relevant knowledge. ACTS, in – depth, before making your decision! However, it must be remembered that this does not justify any tendency to procrastinate, because effective leaders align themselves with well-considered and timely actions, time-tested knowledge and experience, and hopefully a great deal of judgment and wisdom! Too often, we witness some kind of snap judgment, where someone replaces quality decision-making with taking some path, less resilient perception! With that in mind, this article will briefly try to consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it is important.

one. Justice; fresh ideas; focus; future; to flourish; fruition; destination: True leaders emphasize justice and the greater good, rather than any personal/political agenda and/or self-interest! They realize the need to articulate fresh, well-considered ideas, when needed, while maintaining a key focus, on the best way forward! How one leads his group, into the future, and positions it, to flourish, with the resilience to maintain the necessary resilience and persistence, to make a difference, for the better, determines whether he positively affects the destiny of the group or harms it. that!

two. Attitude; fitness; attention; articulate; behavior: It takes a positive, can-do attitude, without wearing rose-colored glasses, combined with a well-developed and relevant aptitude and skill set, to help one, pay close attention, where the greatest emphasis is needed! You must consistently articulate an honest and inspiring message and take timely action to create the best possible future for your organization!

3. Clarity; character; design; create; cooperate/coordinate: Only when one proceeds, clearly, demonstrates the necessary quality of character that a true leader needs! One must be able and willing to perceive and conceive of the possibilities, and the best way forward, and emphasize cooperation, so that one can coordinate meaningful efforts, towards a meeting of minds, for the greater good!

Four. truth/trust; time tested; prompt; trends: Leaders must tell the truth if they want to earn the trust of their stakeholders! They must develop the time, knowledge, and proven experience to avoid the same mistakes, while proceeding with timely and well-considered action! This must be your constant pattern, because others assess a potential leader’s tendencies as well as his actions!

5. System; Service; sustainable; solutions; strengths / strongest: It is important for a true leader to develop the best system, achieve meaningful goals, etc.! You must commit to service and representation, using and producing sustainable solutions, that use the strengths of the specific group, to strengthen it, both in the short and long term!
