Chicken Sautéed in Beer Sauce

One of my favorite foods is chicken meat and one of my favorite drinks is beer. So today I decided to write the recipe for Chicken Breast with Beer Sauce. It is a delicious recipe, easy to make that will take you about 30 minutes to cook.

To prepare this fabulous meal you need the following ingredients: 500 grams of chicken breast cut into tiny 2-inch long strips; 2 chopped onions; 250 grams of tomatoes cut into small cubes without seeds; 400 grams of green beans; 100 grams of bacon cut into small cubes, 30 grams of butter for frying; salt and pepper to your liking; 2 tablespoons of flour; 250 milliliters of beer; 250 milliliters of chicken soup from half a cube of chicken concentrate; and 125 grams of sour cream.

Now we must prepare the necessary ingredients. First put a pot of water on the fire and bring it to a boil. Until it boils, chop the onion and put it in a bowl. Cut 2-inch-long, half-inch thick chicken breast strips and place on a plate. Place the beer in a glass. Chop the bacon into small cubes and put them on the plate. In another plate put sour cream, flour and butter. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds with a teaspoon, and leave the calf without juice and without seeds. Chop the pulp and then put it in the bowl with the other ingredients.

If the water started to boil, put the beans in water and boil for 5 minutes. Prepare the soup from half a cube of chicken concentrate, and put it in a glass to keep it close. After the beans have boiled for 5 minutes, drain them from the water.

Place the butter in the skillet to melt and add the bacon to brown. After 2 minutes, add the browned chicken strips and cook, mixing all the time until golden brown. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then add the flour and mix well. Give them 2 minutes to brown and mix constantly.

Add the soup, beer, and beans and simmer until the sauce begins to thicken.

Finally, add the cream, onion and tomatoes and mix well to unite all the ingredients evenly. Add, if necessary, salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and the sauce is ready.

When serving, you can sprinkle chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot or cold with house bread or pita.

And the last thing I have to say is “Bonn Appetite”.
