Cabbage Soup Diet Plan: 7 Days to Lose 10 Pounds?

The cabbage soup diet plan is a temporary eating plan that you can follow to lose around 10 pounds in a week. This is not intended to be a permanent way of eating nor is it recommended as a particularly healthy way of eating. Remember. it’s only for a week!

This diet has been around for many years, in part because it really is a convenient way to drop a few pounds quickly. It’s not that hard to do. I’ve made it a couple of times and really enjoy eating like this for a few days.

The cabbage soup plan does not require you to buy a lot of expensive foods and supplements. They are mostly pretty normal foods that are eaten in a certain order. Cabbage soup can be eaten as many times as you like at any time. Eat as much soup as you want too. Cabbage soup is a filling to keep you full and not hungry. The plan is the following per day.

Cabbage Soup Diet Plan:

Day one: eat all the fruit you want except bananas.

Day Two: Eat as many fresh, raw or cooked vegetables as you like. no fruit

Day Three: Today eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want.

Day Four: Eat up to eight bananas plus as much skim milk as you like.

Day five: This is meat and tomato day.

Sixth day: eat all the meat and vegetables you want that day.

Day Seven: Brown rice plus unsweetened fruit and vegetable juices.

You can lose about 10 pounds in 7 days and then you are off to a great start in losing all the weight you need to lose.
